Camp Construction

Anar offers a full turnkey service with capabilities in project management, structure and facility design, organizing and supervising the labor force to erect structures and provide facility fit out, HVAC, logistics planning and execution, site survey, repairs, facility relocation and refurbishment services.

Our project managers can advise on reducing the environmental footprint of remote site camps and the reduction of life‐cycle operational / running costs through the selection of low-polluting equipment that is cost-effective to run over the life‐cycle of the camp (power generation, water cleaning and recycling, heat insulation, etc.)

We ensure site mobilization occurs on time and within budget, leaving our clients free to concentrate on their core business. Anar can work in any location in the world. 
Anar can supply a range of structures for camp buildings, from temporary tented structures to modular, pre-fabricated buildings and semi-permanent or permanent structures. The choice of structure will depend on client requirements, budget, proposed use, climate, and design-life criteria. 

For rapid deployment in challenging environments, Anar can supply a range of containerized structures based on ISO shipping containers, including residential accommodation, office facilities, ablutions containers, medical clinic container, containerized kitchen facilities, and ambient, chilled, or frozen food storage. Anar can supply highly competitive prices for the most commonly requested size of residential camp, i.e. 50, 100, and 500 Man Camp configurations.  Details, lead-times, and specifications are available on request.  

As part of our turnkey solution, Anar will recommend a Kitchen and Dining facility configuration that optimizes diner flow, based on the number of diners to be supported, their nationality, proposed menu plans, and client budget.  

All Anar kitchen equipment complies with international safety and operating standards. We buy standard kitchen equipment configurations from proven suppliers to ensure provision of obtain spares, consumables, and replacement parts. 

 

 

 

Camp Management

Anar delivering all essential services under extreme conditions, mean we can manage your camp perfectly, coordinating all aspects of the day to day operation. This could also mean managing subcontractors and in fact any other body that is either on site permanently or periodically. This ‘client interface’ is the key to the smooth running of a facility.

To further enhance our control we use the latest Camp Management software to keep a track of people and resources in all of our camps. This gives us a great insight into the camp operation, insights we can quickly share without clients.

Clients benefit from our teams’ genuine expertise, which spans complex camp logistics and upkeep, such as camp maintenance, supply management, fire safety, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical repairs and waste management.

The management of the site is at the core of what we do. Getting this right is the key to happy residents and happy residents make happier workers and happier workers are productive workers.

A site that is not clean can leave a very bad impression on both residents and visitors, so we make sure that whenever we are contracted to provide cleaning services, all of our staff work to the very highest standards and follow a strict plan of cleaning protocols.

The technical expertise involved in keeping work and living spaces clean and hygienic should not be underestimated and we are constantly looking to new products, materials and work methodologies to improve the speed and quality of our service.

Our cleaning teams are tasked to not only keep environments pristine, but also to identify any issues that arise pertaining to the maintenance of the building such as cracked tiles, missing or blown light bulbs, leaky pipes and taps. Once issues are identified they will make sure the proper personnel or department are informed and even repeat the procedure if required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Catering Services

Life in a remote location does not mean your staff need to compromise on the quality of food they eat. Anar plans, designs and builds the kitchens that we subsequently operate, ensuring the kitchens we provide in our camps are practical, safe, and support segregation of food preparation activities.

Anar have years of experience in menu selection and menu development for large volume catering in remote sites. We can offer a variety of themes to suit the various ethnic groups living within a camp, avoiding the problem of “menu fatigue”.

We can supply special meals for holidays and important festivals, and create appropriate ambience for themed cuisine by carefully designing menus and then selecting matching table and room decorations to suggest the atmosphere of the selected themed cuisine. 

Anar can also supply all components for small or large scale functions, receptions, parties, and outdoor events. We supply tents and marquees as required, all kitchen equipment, catering staff and food service staff.

Anar consistently and diligently maintains safety, cleanliness, and hygiene, especially in harsh and hostile environments, assuring our clients of comfortable and clean dining facilities, safely prepared food, served in a relaxing environment. 

Containerized meals can be produced for remote feeding. These are prepared in a special containerized meal room that meets the highest standards of food safety and management. 

 

Food Supply

Anar stresses our suppliers to bring supplies according to benchmark selection criteria of product safety, product quality, punctual delivery, reliability and of course, cost-ratio benefit. We can achieve considerable economies of scale within our overall purchasing network. 

Our document preparation process ensures that Bills of Lading, Invoices, and all Packing Documents are flawlessly prepared and facilitating a smooth Food Commodity Delivery process by moving the shipment without delay through the customs clearing process. 

Fresh Fruits and Vegetable (FF&V) can be supplied from either approved local sources or by air to remote sites.

Anar ensures that all Halal products meet Islamic market standards. Every consignment of Halal products is appropriately labeled, both on the product and the case lot. Halal certificates establish proof that the slaughter of animals has been carried out in accordance with the rules of Islamic Law (Sharia). Gulf Standard Specification No. 993 / 1998 is comprehensively applied for all Halal products.

 

Bulk Water Supply Water is a critical element in the rapid development of the Iraqi Oil Fields, due to the large volumes of water needed to support oil rig drilling operations. Anar is able to supply this demand.

 

 

 

Fuel Supply Anar can provide bulk diesel fuel to meet the diesel supply needs of clients in South Iraq with a minimum order of 1000 + metric tons.

Anar’s ability to finance our bulk fuel supply activities is a significant advantage for companies based in South Iraq. Our financial strength and transport resource enables rapid mobilization and provides us with flexibility in meeting short-notice urgent demand situations.
Delivery lead times to client locations in Kurdistan will vary depending on location and accessibility but lead time will be in the order of 3- 7 Days.

Power Generation

Anar provided all tests, surveys, designs, materials, and labor, also completed all clearing, excavating, backfilling, construction and site restoration.

Generator installation and commissioning is our specialism and from an initial site survey we can arrange delivery, off load and position, special lifting and crane lifting services, to installing and commissioning of the generator, fuel system and auxiliary equipment.

We have a broad range of experience in installing generators ranging from 30kVa – 2500kVa. We offer all electrical and mechanical works required and once installed and commissioned, we will supply end user training to ensure the customer can operate the generator controls once commissioned.  We can manage the whole process!

Our Health and Safety Policy ensures inspections will identify all safety needs by implementing daily and weekly toolbox meetings, inspections and risk assessments. By promoting these facets, we pursue Safety First on a daily basis and integrate it into every aspect of our work ensuring and continually improving worker and customer safety.

Safety and a healthy environment is regarded as of utmost importance for our employees, contractors, subcontractors, clients and their workforce personnel.

Our most valuable resources are the people who work for us. Injuries can be prevented with all required training and by complying with Right Choice safety policies and procedures and all government regulations pertaining to safety and health issues, thus, providing a hazard free worksite for employees, contractors, sub-contractors and visitors.

Our management fulfills their responsibilities by providing resources for safe equipment, tools, and required training for all employees. We also ensure that their health and safety management system is maintained and revisions updated as legislated by the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulation and Code. 

At our Daily Toolbox Meeting, Weekly Safety Meeting, Inspections and Risk Assessments, Our Supervisors will ensure all hazards are removed if reasonably practicable and communicated to all employees, contractors and subcontractors. All hazards will be identified and have corrective action plans processed immediately. 

The supervisors will also investigate all incident/accidents and near misses, provide required on-the-job training to new employees to ensure they are competent. And ensure appropriate personal protective equipment is supplied and used by employees and that the equipment is maintained to meet legislated safety standards.

Right Choice employees, contractors and visitors on Right Choice Camp and Catering worksites are responsible for obeying ALL safety rules, following recommended safe work procedures, wearing personal protective gear when required, reporting all incidents/accidents/near misses/hazards to supervisor, and participate in all safety training programs and informing their supervisor of any unsafe work conditions. 

Employees working for Right Choice have the right and responsibility to refuse unsafe work conditions when they exist or not competent to perform job tasks.
